Kerby and Joyce chose the Grandeur Package for their 100-guest celebration, giving them full sound coverage across both ceremony and reception, professional lighting throughout the evening, and dual projector screens for their photo slideshow and live visual display. Our team arrived early, conducted a thorough site visit in advance, and stayed on-site for the full 10 hours to ensure every moment ran seamlessly."

With a fully operated setup across sound, lighting, and visuals, our dedicated team managed every technical aspect of the event — from the quiet opening notes of the ceremony processional to the last song on the dance floor.

Two projector screens displayed the wedding photo slideshow during dinner and created a stunning visual backdrop for the speeches. Sound coverage was calibrated specifically for Private Jet Villa's open-air layout, ensuring every word was heard clearly despite the sea breeze and elevation. Kerby and Joyce didn't have to think about a single technical detail throughout their entire day
